Corporate Yoga Program 3

Saturday Outing (Morning 7 to Evening 6)

Welcome to our revitalizing Saturday morning corporate yoga and meditation program in the serene ambience of the resort's open garden!

Morning (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

As the sun gently rises, we invite our guests to the open garden, where a tranquil setting awaits. The soft chirping of birds and the fragrance of blooming flowers set the perfect tone for a day of rejuvenation.

7:00 AM - 7:30 AM: Welcome and Introduction

Our expert yoga instructor and meditation guide welcome participants with warm smiles and introduce the day's schedule. They create a sense of camaraderie and set a positive and inclusive tone for the entire event.


7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Energizing Yoga Session

The yoga session begins with gentle warm-up exercises to awaken the body and align the breath. As the participants connect with their breath, they are guided through a series of yoga asanas (poses) that promote flexibility, balance, and strength. The instructor ensures that the practice is suitable for all levels, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Mindful Meditation

Following the invigorating yoga session, participants are guided into a state of tranquillity through mindful meditation. The serene surroundings of the open garden provide an ideal backdrop for cultivating inner peace and mindfulness. The meditation practice focuses on awareness, stress reduction, and mental clarity, leaving participants feeling centred and ready to embrace the day.

Mid-Morning Break (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

After the invigorating morning session, guests are encouraged to take a leisurely stroll around the garden or savour a nutritious and wholesome breakfast at the resort's café. It's an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share experiences, and soak in the positive energy generated during the morning program.

Daytime Activities (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

During the day, our resort offers a range of activities and facilities to help guests unwind and make the most of their time. Whether it's a dip in the refreshing pool, a visit to the spa for a rejuvenating massage, or exploring the nearby nature trails, the options are abundant to ensure a balanced and memorable experience.

Lunch & Rest Moments (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Sharing laughter and stories, the lunch becomes more than just a meal—it's a continuation of the positive energy that has surrounded you all morning. The refreshing flavours and wholesome ingredients seem to enhance the sense of connection, making the experience truly fulfilling.

Evening Meditation (5:00 PM - 5:30 PM)

As the day gently progresses, we reconvene in the open garden for an afternoon session of meditation. This session focuses on deep relaxation and restoration, helping participants release any lingering tension and stress from the week. Gentle breathwork is accompanied by soothing music, promoting a sense of calm and inner peace


Evening Wind-Down (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM)

As the sun begins to set, the participants gather one last time for a reflection and gratitude session. The yoga instructor and meditation guide lead the group in a Q&A session, fostering a sense of gratitude and appreciation for the day's experiences and a beautiful goodbye with lots of memories.
